About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to manage customer orders, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement through delivery.
Prior experience in the floral, gifting, or related industry is required.
Requirements
- **Prior experience ideally in floral industry or gifting industry is required.**
- **Female candidates preferred.**
- Tagalog speaker preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with CRM and inventory management systems; Zoho experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer communications via WhatsApp from order creation to delivery.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements and stock availability.
- Send payment links, provide order updates, and share delivery tracking details.
- Coordinate with florist and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate recurring orders with corporate clients and event companies.
- Liaise with suppliers and third-party partners regarding pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update Zoho CRM regularly.
- Attend events when required to oversee floral setup and ensure quality standards.
Working Hours & Benefits
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- WhatsApp monitoring required from home until 9:00 PM
- One weekly day off
- Paid overtime for Sundays and additional weekday hours
- Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month, depending on experience
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
