Overview

1. Business Development & Sales Management

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients across various industries
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals within approved pricing structures
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements tailored to client requirements
  • Track sales activities from lead generation to conversion and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings to understand evolving business needs
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services

3. Client Needs Assessment & Consultation

  • Understand client business objectives and requirements through detailed consultations
  • Recommend suitable corporate solutions including company formation, trademark registration, HR consulting, and related services
  • Design customized service packages aligned with client goals and structures

4. Lead Generation & Market Expansion

  • Generate leads through networking events, referrals, online platforms, and social media
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across target industries

5. CRM & Sales Operations

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and Statements of Account (SOA)
  • Ensure proper documentation, including KYC compliance, is completed and maintained

6. Business Center & Service Operations

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Manage client requirements related to office space, meeting rooms, and business center services
  • Resolve client issues promptly to maintain service quality standards

7. Company Formation & Government Coordination

  • Assist clients with UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation
  • Coordinate with government authorities for licensing, renewals, amendments, and liquidations
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and timely processing

8. Visa & Immigration Support

  • Facilitate visa processing including applications, renewals, and cancellations
  • Coordinate with clients and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with UAE immigration rules

9. Team Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with operations, marketing, and administration teams
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Share client feedback and market insights to improve business strategy

10. Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Continuously improve strategies to enhance performance and revenue generation
  • Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
