We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused **Customer Service Executive** with experience in the **Travel & Tourism industry**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating and nurturing leads, and effectively converting them into confirmed bookings.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat
- Assist customers with travel packages, bookings, itineraries, and related services
- Generate leads through customer interactions and follow-ups
- Convert inquiries into confirmed business through effective sales techniques
- Provide accurate information about destinations, visa requirements, and travel policies
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, ticketing, and visa teams) for smooth service delivery
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales updates in CRM systems
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in **Customer Service / Sales** within the **Travel & Tourism industry**
- Strong track record of **lead conversion and revenue generation**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-first approach with a problem-solving mindset
Language Requirements (Mandatory)
- Fluency in **English**
- Proficiency in **Arabic, French, and Spanish** (multi-lingual candidates preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM tools
- Knowledge of international travel regulations and destinations
