Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for feedback collection, service verification, and follow-ups.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Communicate clearly in English while maintaining the company’s service standards and brand voice.
- Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional approach in all interactions.
Requirements
- Strong fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or call center roles is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Candidates with a valid visa will be preferred.
