About the Role

We are seeking confident, articulate, and customer-focused professionals with excellent English communication skills to join our team as a **Customer Service Executive- Trade Finance**.

In this role, you will engage with customers, handle inquiries, and deliver high-quality service while representing our brand with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers for feedback collection, service verification, and follow-ups.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate clearly in English while maintaining the company’s service standards and brand voice.
  • Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional approach in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Strong fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or call center roles is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Candidates with a valid visa will be preferred.
