Job Description
The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience within the jewellery showroom.
This role involves assisting walk-in customers, guiding them through product selections, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination of sales transactions while maintaining high standards of presentation, service, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Explain jewellery details including design, weight, purity, and pricing clearly
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and after-sales support efficiently
- Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and display standards
- Ensure proper handling, safety, and security of jewellery items
- Assist in billing coordination and payment processing (cash, card, online)
- Collect and maintain customer information in line with KYC requirements
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Support daily showroom operations and ensure a smooth customer journey
Skills & Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or jewellery retail preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance
- Basic knowledge of gold jewellery, pricing, and purity (preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with billing systems and payment methods
- Trustworthy, reliable, and team-oriented
