About the Role

We are currently seeking 5 Customer Service Executives to join our Research & Analytical Department for immediate hiring. The role involves handling customer interactions, supporting research-driven services, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally

Address customer queries related to services, research support, and academic programs

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer communications and follow-ups

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of customer requests

Support service and sales-related activities when required

Deliver consistent customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication

Interest in Forex trading and financial markets is a plus (Training will be provided)

Eligibility & Requirements

Visa Status: Preference to housewives with spouse visa holders

Experience: Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Sales experience

Experience in India or the UAE is acceptable

Language Skills:

Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory

Additional language proficiency will be an added advantage

Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer-handling abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented, professional environment

 Proficiency in malayam and hindi is an advantage
