Overview

**Job Title:** Customer Service & Admin Assistant (Male)

Compensation

  • **Gross Salary:** QAR 2,200 per month
  • **Basic Salary:** QAR 1,500 + Accommodation provided

About the Role

We are looking for a **presentable, confident, and customer-focused individual** to manage Customer handling, front desk operations and administrative tasks at our training centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist students, visitors, and clients professionally
  • Provide information about courses, schedules, and services
  • Handle customer inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp)
  • Perform administrative tasks ,**data entry, documentation, and record keeping**
  • Maintain and update records using **MS Excel and office tools**
  • Coordinate class schedules, appointments, and internal activities
  • Support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

  • Strong **communication and customer handling skills**
  • Basic to intermediate **MS Excel and MS Office proficiency**
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Positive attitude and professional behavior
  • Prior experience in customer service or an admin role is an advantage
