Job Description
- Provide product information, training, guidance, and basic troubleshooting related to dental & biomedical equipment.
- Coordinate with the parent manufacturing company to self-train and resolve technical issues, process orders, and ensure smooth communication.
- Process sales orders, track shipments, and follow up to ensure timely delivery to distributors related to dental & biomedical equipment
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and transactions in internal systems.
- Collaborate internally with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient issue resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements related to dental & biomedical equipment.
- Support after-sales service activities, including coordinating maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
- Willing to travel on business trips when remote troubleshooting has not resulted in problem resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturday & Sunday Off)
- Pay: AED7,350.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
