Role purpose
Provide customer service, product information, stock replenishment, transaction support, and store upkeep to support customer satisfaction and sales.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, answer product questions, and make recommendations; promote products and upsell when appropriate.
- Replenish shelves, organize displays, and ensure correct pricing and labels.
- Maintain a clean, safe, tidy store; assist with stock counts, inventory, receiving, and unpacking deliveries.
- Handle transactions, attend training, and collaborate with teammates to support store operations.
Requirements
- Cash-handling and POS system experience; high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience; ability to handle complaints and work under pressure.
- Able to lift and move heavy boxes as part of daily operations; flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Merchandising and visual display skills are a plus.
