Join a call center team as an experienced Tagalog-speaking customer service representative supporting clients.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.

- Follow company guidelines and protocols for customer interactions.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service or call center role is sought.
- Tagalog-speaking ability is specified.
- Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and a professional demeanor.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 4,000 per month.
Schedule and benefits
- Nine-hour duty period.
- One month of paid annual leave salary, health insurance, and end-of-service benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
Work location
- Work location is in person in Deira, Dubai.
