Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a customer service representative in a call center or similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Ready to join immediately.
