We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented UAE National to join our Customer Service team and play a key role in supporting our service and maintenance operations.

What You'Ll Do

  • Provide administrative support to Service Sales and Maintenance teams.
  • Prepare and process customer contracts, renewals, and service-related documentation.
  • Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Support maintenance planning, technician scheduling, and service operations.
  • Assist with inspections, reporting, customer portals, and tender documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality data management across systems.

What We'Re Looking For

  • UAE National (Family Book holder).
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or coordination roles is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience with SAP, CRM, or ERP systems is beneficial.
