Customer-focused CRM Associate for a Dubai automobile showroom.
Manage customer relationships, handle inquiries, drive after-sales retention, and follow up on showroom leads.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Follow up with showroom walk-ins, test-drive leads, and service reminders.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into sales.
- Provide high-level service to local and expatriate clients.
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of CRM, customer service, or sales support experience.
- Automotive or luxury retail experience is a major plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must currently be based in the UAE.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,900–7,100 per month, plus benefits are mentioned without further details.
