The employer seeks an experienced CRM Supervisor to lead customer relationship management at a Dubai automobile showroom.
The role oversees daily CRM operations, lead management, after-sales retention, and service for VIP and retail clients.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and mentor the CRM/customer service team to meet performance targets.
- Oversee CRM database management, data accuracy, and lead tracking.
- Monitor and improve customer touchpoints from showroom lead to post-purchase service.
- Analyze customer feedback, NPS satisfaction scores, and retention rates, then implement improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales and After-Sales/Service management to resolve escalated customer issues.
- Generate regular performance reports and analytics for senior management.
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Requires 3–5 years of CRM experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or automotive CRMs, and advanced Excel.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication skills are required.
- Automotive industry experience is a major plus.
- Must currently be based in the UAE.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,900–10,100 per month; the source salary field separately lists AED 1,900 per month.
