Job Purpose
Support and control daily sales operations with a focus on MSL, stock management, outlet performance, product placement, payments, team supervision, market visits, and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor MSL, stock levels, fast- and slow-moving products, and out-of-stock products.
- Ensure correct product selection, placement, visibility, and merchandising by outlet type.
- Review outlet, sales, stock, and merchandising reports and ensure timely follow-up.
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and coordinate collections with Sales and Finance teams.
- Supervise Sales Executives and Merchandisers on coverage, productivity, and performance.
- Conduct market and outlet visits to identify sales opportunities, customer issues, competitor activity, and merchandising gaps.
- Investigate issues and ensure closure through problem identification, analysis, solution, ownership, deadlines, and follow-up.
- Maintain relationships with key customers and handle complaints professionally.
- Prepare management reports on sales, stock, payments, outlet performance, merchandising, market activities, and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- 3–5 years of UAE sales experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, FMCG, distribution, or general trading.
- Strong knowledge of MSL, stock, sales, payment reports, and Excel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate Sales Executives and Merchandisers.
- UAE driving licence is preferred.
Languages
- Good spoken Arabic.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Good spoken Hindi.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
