Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead AI cloud data center projects focused on front-end and back-end network integration.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, and IT teams to support smooth project execution.
• Engage GPU cloud providers and hyperscalers, negotiate contracts, establish partnerships, and monitor technology developments.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Ensure alignment with applicable industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to support timely delivery.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Track industry trends and market dynamics to identify business opportunities.
• Document project plans, processes, and procedures for future reference and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of data center management experience, focused on AI cloud integration.
• Proven experience leading complex data center projects; AI cloud experience is preferred.
• In-depth GPU cloud networking knowledge and experience with GPU cloud providers and hyperscalers.
• Strong project management skills, including task prioritization, resource management, and deadline delivery.
• Leadership and communication skills to motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Willingness to travel as required for implementation and client engagements.
