About Racecraft
Racecraft is an Abu Dhabi-based motorsport simulation company offering racing simulator experiences for enthusiasts, corporate guests, and events across the GCC.
Role overview
The role combines simulator technical work, guest interaction, administration, and support for commercial and growth activities.
The role is based mainly at the Yas Island facility and includes travel to on- and offsite events.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain simulators; troubleshoot hardware and software issues and help source repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
- Prepare and pack equipment for events, and support setup and teardown at event locations.
- Guide guests during sessions and events, and support client enquiries, bookings, deals, and relationship building.
- Maintain equipment, stock, and maintenance records; handle administration and prepare operations, booking, and performance reports.
- Identify suitable upselling opportunities, contribute to growth and experience improvements, and keep the facility clean and event-ready.
Candidate requirements
- Be trustworthy, teachable, dependable, and organized, with integrity and good communication skills.
- Be comfortable with PCs and troubleshooting, client interactions, administration, reporting, and documentation.
- Have an interest in racing, esports, or gaming; commercial awareness is a plus.
- Have at least a college-level education; a completed degree is preferred.
- Be willing to work flexible and extended hours and travel for events and offsite work.
Additional preferences
- A second language is a plus but is not required.
Workplace and visa
- Yas Island is the main work base, with travel to events on and offsite.
- Candidates already on their own visa are welcome, but this is not a requirement.
