Role description

Racecraft is a motorsport simulation company based in Abu Dhabi, serving enthusiasts, corporate guests, and events across the GCC.

The hands-on role combines simulator technical work with guest interaction, administration, and support for commercial growth.

The position is based mainly at the Yas Island facility, with travel to events held onsite and offsite.

Simulator and event operations

  • Set up, operate, and maintain racing simulators to ensure peak performance and reliability.
  • Diagnose hardware and software issues and help source repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
  • Prepare and pack equipment for offsite events and support setup and teardown at event locations.
  • Keep accurate equipment, stock, and maintenance records; keep the facility clean, organized, and event-ready.

Guest and business support

  • Guide guests during sessions and events and deliver a smooth, professional experience.
  • Handle administration and prepare regular reports on operations, bookings, and performance.
  • Support client enquiries, bookings, and deals, helping turn interest into confirmed experiences and build client relationships.
  • Spot appropriate upselling opportunities and contribute ideas to business planning and growth.
  • Take on related tasks as the business grows and needs evolve.

What the employer is looking for

  • Trustworthy, teachable, dependable, and able to contribute within a small team.
  • Comfortable with PCs and troubleshooting; good communication skills.
  • Organized and reliable, comfortable with administration, reporting, and documentation.
  • Confident dealing with clients and contributing ideas; commercial awareness is a plus.
  • Genuine interest in racing, esports, or gaming.
  • Minimum college-level education; a completed degree is preferred.
  • Flexible about extended hours and willing to travel for events and offsite work, with Yas Island as the main base.
  • A second language is a plus but is not required.

Schedule

  • The employer seeks someone happy to work flexible and extended hours rather than a fixed schedule.

What the employer offers

  • The posting mentions salary, visa and medical insurance, a dynamic motorsport environment on Yas Island, and room to learn and grow.
  • The role offers exposure to racing, esports, and major events.
