Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and ensure all information is accurately documented for future reference.
Proactively engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution while keeping customers informed.
