Customer Care & Social Media Officer
About This Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Care & Social Media Officer (female only) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client communications, managing social media platforms, and supporting inquiries related to business setup and free zone licensing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media professionally
- Manage and grow company presence across social media platforms
- Respond to client queries related to free zone licensing and company formation
- Provide accurate information regarding UAE business setup processes
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Create engaging content and monitor social media performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service and social media management
- Strong knowledge of Dubai free zone licensing and company formation procedures
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic marketing tools
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in business setup companies or consultancy firms in UAE
- Familiarity with major UAE free zones (e.g., DMCC, IFZA, JAFZA)
