Responsibilities
- Design, code, configure, and enhance software components across systems and applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Engage multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and solve problems for the immediate team and across teams.
- Oversee implementation of best practices and adherence to project timelines.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional efforts toward organizational goals.
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and workflows.
- Experience in enterprise application design, configuration, and integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools related to IT operations.
- Communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
