Lead design, development, and configuration of specialized applications; own technical direction and liaise with stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM.
- 15 years of full-time education.
Required skills
- ServiceNow ITSM proficiency and strong knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Experience designing and configuring ServiceNow workflows, forms, and business rules.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex ServiceNow application issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs for connecting ServiceNow with enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate teams to integrate and deliver solutions; oversee application development and troubleshoot challenges.
- Ensure the final product meets intended objectives and quality standards.
- Collaborate with and manage the team as a subject matter expert; contribute to decisions across teams.
- Solve problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in team productivity and application performance.
- Mentor junior team members.
