Curriculum Developer - 12 Month Contract

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent professional experience in instructional design, education, computer science, engineering, communications, or a related field
• Four or more years of experience in developing curriculum, technical training, learning content, or courseware
• Experience designing learning solutions including e-learning, instructor-led training, hands-on labs, technical simulations, and assessments for enterprise software or technology products
• Strong technical aptitude and a track record of learning complex products quickly enough to teach them
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles, with experience designing and developing objective-driven and outcome-driven curriculum and assessments, and technical writing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Project management skills including planning, tracking, and coordinating deliverables, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet quality and timeline expectations
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong interest and ability to adopt AI tools in day-to-day work; experience with prompt engineering and AI-assisted content development is a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing e-learning using modern authoring tools such as Rise 360, Camtasia, or similar platforms
• Experience with virtual lab or sandbox platforms such as CloudShare or similar
• Familiarity with the Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms, such as Docebo or similar platforms
• Knowledge of supply chain management, enterprise software, ERP, or SaaS products is an advantage
• Experience with Kinaxis Maestro is a strong plus
• Prior experience in a contract or consulting capacity, delivering into an existing team and process
