Requirements

Currently enrolled in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology Management, Engineering, or a related program.
Strong interest in business systems, software delivery, enterprise applications, and technology-enabled business transformation.
Experience working with or learning low-code/no-code platforms such as Salesforce or similar technologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure development and support environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements, processes, and findings.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies and business processes.
Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and a customer-focused mindset.
Experience with Agile methodologies, user story management, testing, or software development lifecycle concepts is an asset.
