Hillview Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated Culinary Services Assistant to join our team in providing nutritious, high-quality meals for residents in our long-term care setting.

• Prepare, portion, and serve a variety of foods
• Follow diet cards and special diet requirements
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and infection control
• Wash dishes using automated or manual methods
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, labeling, and storing supplies
• Safely transport meal carts throughout the facility
• Uphold residents’ rights, confidentiality, and person-centered care
• Attend required trainings and follow all safety practices

• Ability to read and follow diet orders, instructions, and menus
• Strong understanding of sanitary food handling practices
• Reliable, respectful, and committed team player
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and safely
• Comfortable standing for long periods and working in varying temperatures
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Must pass a background check under the Wisconsin Caregiver Law
• Experience in large-scale food service is helpful but not required
