Main Duties & Responsibilities:Coordinate daily communication between the Executive Chef, kitchen teams, and other hotel departments.Manage culinary office tasks: scheduling, menus, purchasing requests, HACCP documentation, and filing.Support menu updates, recipe costing sheets, banquet event orders (BEOs), and special event planning.Track kitchen inventories, supplier orders, and deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Maintain up-to-date food safety, hygiene, and HACCP records in line with hotel and regulatory standards.Prepare presentations, reports, and internal communications for the Culinary Leadership.Assist with culinary trainings, team briefings, and departmental projects.Uphold confidentiality, brand standards, and professional communication at all times.
Skills
& CompetenciesExcellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and menu/recipe management systems.High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and documentation skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Professional demeanour with strong teamwork and cross-department coordination abilities.Understanding of culinary terminology, production flow, and basic kitchen operations.
