Creditcare Credit Management is hiring a customer service representative to work as a financial advisor for clients with outstanding bank debts.
The role supports responsible debt settlement through structured salary-based repayment plans.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients with outstanding bank debts.
- Negotiate collections and develop repayment strategies aligned with client salary structures.
- Maintain customer interaction and payment records; follow up on commitments and timely collections.
- Meet daily and monthly recovery targets and communicate professionally with clients.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a debt collection agency or in sales/customer service.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; understanding of salary-based repayment systems.
- Basic knowledge of UAE banking and credit systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; ability to manage pressure and deadlines.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month, with monthly performance-based incentives.
