Role overview
Manage channel service partner (CSP) operations and maintain partner relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily CSP operations and maintain partner relationships.
- Monitor CSP KPIs and operational performance.
- Analyze underperforming zones and delivery areas and drive improvement.
- Follow up on OFD, DPD, SPR, COD, reverse logistics, and complaints KPIs.
- Visit CSP stations regularly and check on-site operations.
- Develop improvement plans for underperforming CSPs and track execution.
- Support CSP development, onboarding, and daily operations.
Requirements and preferred experience
- Experience in logistics, courier, 3PL, or last-mile delivery.
- CSP/DSP or driver team management experience is preferred.
- Good Excel and data analysis skills; strong communication and execution skills.
- Able to work on-site and travel within the assigned area.
- Good English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
