We are looking for a **Customer Service Executive** with call center experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our customers, efficiently handle inquiries and complaints, and contribute to a seamless customer experience.
Experience in the **automotive industry** is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-up.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products/services when relevant.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume calls while maintaining a professional and patient attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Automotive industry knowledge or experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
