CRM Executive

About This Role

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with call center experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our customers, efficiently handle inquiries and complaints, and contribute to a seamless customer experience. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-up.
• Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling, response time, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products/services when relevant.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls while maintaining a professional and patient attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Automotive industry knowledge or experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
