Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, contract negotiation, and global rotation management for officers and crew.
• Coordinate directly with clients and authorities for client approvals, specifically managing Saudi Aramco Quality and Assurance provisional approvals.
• Oversee crew logistics, including sign-on/sign-off procedures, flight bookings, and complex visa processing (, Letters of Invitation for Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Oman).
• Manage compliance and administration tasks such as Flag State Documentation, updating crew certifications, preparing monthly payroll data, and verifying vendor invoices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 4 to 6 years of dedicated experience as a Crewing Officer within the offshore maritime or oil & gas sector.
• Direct experience handling Saudi Aramco CV submissions and approval processes is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GCC visa regulations, travel mobilization, and flag state documentation.
• Essential Skills
• Sharp negotiation skills for managing recruitment agents, travel vendors, and service providers.
• Exceptional communication skills to serve as the daily liaison between vessels, agents, and management.
