About This Role

Job Description Job Purpose

The Credit Evaluator supports credit decision-making by reviewing financial documents, assessing applications, and ensuring compliance with credit policies.

The role focuses on accurate analysis, risk identification, and timely processing to support high-quality lending outcomes.

Key Result Areas

• Timely and accurate evaluation of credit applications in line with approved credit policies.
• Proper verification and validation of customer income, employment, and liability documents.
• Basic financial analysis including affordability, debt ratios, and exposure calculations.
• Identification and escalation of credit risks, discrepancies, or policy deviations.
• Adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal credit governance requirements.
• Maintenance of complete, accurate, and audit-ready credit files and system records.
• Achievement of defined productivity, turnaround time, and quality benchmarks.
• Effective coordination with sales, operations, and senior credit teams to support credit decisions.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

• Graduate with 1 yr work experience in Credit Management environment.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Sound interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge in MS office tools for report purposes
• Good PC skills.
• Ability to solve problem and work independently.
• Should be customer focused and achievement oriented.
