Credit Analyst, Bilingual - ACC

Reporting to the Credit Manager, a Bilingual Credit Analyst plays an essential role in executing on risk strategy while weighing situational risk and issuing quality approvals that expand our portfolio. This includes:

Reviewing and adjudicating vehicle loan applications by assessing customer's credit worthiness based on credit history, affordability, and collateral valuation

Ensuring loan applications are decisioned accurately and timely in a fast-paced environment and in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures

Conducting preliminary validation of application details

Communicating with dealers and sales team regarding active applications over the phone and through email

Answering and responding promptly to inbound calls from dealer partners for prime credit activities.

Making outbound calls to dealer to obtain additional information regarding applications and negotiate the terms of credit approval.

Balancing your attention between new applications, resubmissions, and any rush requests

Handling all customer requests with service excellence in a timely manner

Working in a face-paced environment to achieve departmental service level goals.

Displaying a commitment towards teamwork and collaboration.

Strong computer and technical skills to work across multiple platforms

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Proven organizational skills with attention to detail with an ability to pick out inconsistencies

Solid interpersonal and team building skills

Customer service skills aimed at delighting our dealer partners

Motivation and drive towards continuous learning and growth within your role and the company

Dependability and self-motivation

Experience in an Auto Finance company is an asset

This role is a hybrid work structure, with 50% of your time spent in office and 50% working from home. This could change based on the needs of the business.
