Develop and script direct-response YouTube ads and mini VSLs for competitive e-commerce markets.
Work across multiple 8- and 9-figure brands, with scripts produced by an AI production team and a short feedback loop.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop angles, write hooks, and script ads and mini VSLs.
- Iterate creative based on performance data.
Requirements
- At least 2 years writing direct-response video ads for YouTube or Facebook.
- Understand Eugene Schwartz’s awareness stages and applying them to cold traffic.
- Have experience scripting hooks, mini VSLs, and full ad concepts.
- Use performance data to develop new creative and have work that ran profitably at scale.
- Be comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work.
Bonus experience
- Experience in compliance-sensitive categories such as supplements or weight loss is a bonus.
- Familiarity with unique mechanism development and RMBC is a bonus.
