Baytonia is looking for a Creative Production Specialist
1. Creative Direction & Full Production
- Total Production Management: Complete oversight of the production department from concept to final delivery.
- Campaign Direction: Artistic direction for advertising campaigns of all scales.
- Idea Development: Active participation in brainstorming sessions to innovate campaign ideas, utilizing AI tools for content and script development.
- Content Creation: Writing and preparing creative content and ad copy.
2. Pre-Production
- Integrated Preparation: Comprehensive planning of all pre-production requirements to ensure smooth workflow.
- Storyboarding: Translating scripts and ideas into visual boards, utilizing AI techniques to enhance visual conceptualization.
- Talent Management (Casting): Responsible for searching, auditioning, and selecting the right talent.
- Equipment Management: Full responsibility for identifying and selecting all cinematography equipment and necessary technology.
3. Production
- Specialized Cinematography: Acting as the lead commercial videographer for major campaigns.
- Lighting Engineering: Designing and distributing lighting, with the ability to independently manage lighting for smaller projects.
4. Post-Production
- Editing Support: Direct execution of editing processes to ensure timely delivery and high quality, with proficiency in AI-powered editing tools.
