• Ensuring all deliverables align with brand goals and maintain high artistic quality.

Requirements

• Experience
• 5-7 years experience in agency or in-house creative roles, specifically in lifestyle, fitness & wellness, hospitality or e-commerce.
• Technical Proficiency
• Mastery of creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Knowledge
• Excellent understanding of design trends, user experience, and branding principles.
• Channel Native
• Strong channel native thinking, really understanding how ideas move across multichannel including, IG, email, app, paid media ++
• Leadership
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to a creative team.
• Portfolio
• Body of work that shows both conceptual thinking and commercial impact
• Education
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
• Product Design
• experience working with product designers would be a plus, but not essential for the role
