Portfolio & Creative Expertise
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence, innovative thinking, and measurable campaign results.
- Experience creating and maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts and campaigns.
- Strong visual design sensibility with an understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and user experience principles.
Leadership & Communication
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop creative teams.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with executives, marketing teams, sales departments, and external partners.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and guide creative projects from concept to completion.
Project & Campaign Management
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience overseeing campaign planning, execution, budgeting, and performance evaluation.
