We're partnering with a leading strategic communications consultancy to appoint a
Creative Director
- to lead and grow its creative practice.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a senior creative leader who combines exceptional design craft with commercial acumen and agency leadership experience.
- You'll lead a multidisciplinary creative team, shape integrated campaigns across digital, social, branding, websites and influencer activity, while helping build a scalable, high-performing creative business.
- What you'll be doing:
- Lead and grow the agency's creative practice alongside the leadership team.
- Set the creative vision and maintain exceptional standards across all client work.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers while building a trusted network of freelance creative specialists.
- Partner with digital consultants to deliver integrated campaigns across branding, social media, digital marketing, websites and content.
- Present creative concepts to senior clients and build long-term relationships.
- Drive business growth through pitches, proposals and new client opportunities.
- Introduce AI-powered creative workflows to improve quality, speed and efficiency.
- We're looking for someone who has:
- 10+ years of experience in a senior creative leadership role within an agency environment.
- A strong graphic design foundation with an outstanding portfolio across corporate and consumer brands.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong commercial awareness and client-facing experience.
- Expertise across branding, digital, social, content and visual storytelling.
- Experience integrating AI tools into creative and production workflows.
- Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential.
