A leading organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced
Head Of Learning & Development
to lead the design and execution of a future-focused learning strategy that drives capability development, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance.
This role will be responsible for building and embedding a high-impact learning culture across the business, ensuring employees and leaders have the skills, knowledge, and capabilities required to support current and future business objectives.
The successful candidate will partner closely with senior stakeholders to develop leadership programs, learning frameworks, talent development initiatives, and digital learning solutions that deliver measurable business impact

Key Responsibilitie
- s:Develop and implement the organization's Learning & Development strategy aligned with business prioritie
- s.Lead leadership development, management capability, and professional skills programs across all level
- s.Design and oversee learning pathways, academies, and capability-building initiative
- s.Partner with business leaders to identify skills gaps and workforce development need
- s.Drive learning innovation through digital platforms, e-learning, blended learning, and emerging technologie
- s.Establish frameworks to measure learning effectiveness, ROI, and business impac
- t.Manage external learning providers, partnerships, and learning budget
- s.Promote a culture of continuous learning, growth, and knowledge sharing across the organizatio

- ts:10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Leadership Development, or Organizational Capabili
- ty.Proven experience developing and implementing enterprise-wide learning strategi
- es.Strong expertise in leadership development, learning design, succession support, and capability buildi
- ng.Experience managing learning technologies, LMS/LXP platforms, and digital learning solutio
- ns.Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across the busine

- ls.Bachelor's degree required; relevant professional certifications are advantageo
