Head Of Talent Acquisition
to lead its recruitment function and support ambitious growth plans across multiple business units.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing a best-in-class talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the organization attracts, engages, and hires exceptional talent across a diverse range of functions and seniority levels.
The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders to build robust talent pipelines, enhance employer branding initiatives, and drive recruitment excellence through data-driven decision making and innovative sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic workforce planning support.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key functions and critical roles.
- Drive direct sourcing initiatives and reduce dependency on external agencies where appropriate.
- Enhance employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to attract top talent.
- Implement and optimize recruitment processes, systems, and technologies to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
- Establish and monitor recruitment KPIs, reporting regularly on hiring performance, market insights, and talent trends.
- Support diversity, inclusion, and localization initiatives as part of the broader people strategy.
- Ensure recruitment processes are compliant, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Workforce Planning, including leadership experience.
- Proven track record of building and leading successful recruitment teams within large or fast-growing organizations.
- Strong experience hiring across multiple functions and levels, including senior and executive appointments.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, employer branding, recruitment technology, and talent analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to operate at executive level.
- Commercial mindset with a data-driven approach to talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant HR or recruitment certifications are advantageous.
