We act as a single point of accountability, delivering projects from strategy and design through execution—leveraging a vetted network of contractors, suppliers, and consultants.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative, execution-driven Content Creator & Social Media Manager who can build a powerful brand presence and position EXCEPTIONAL as the #1 authority in fit-out and project management in Saudi Arabia.

This is NOT a basic posting role.
We want someone who can think like a strategist, create like a filmmaker, and execute like a performance marketer.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation (Core Role)

• Develop high-end visual content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn content)
• Shoot and edit:
• Project walkthroughs (before/after transformations)
• Site progress videos
• Educational content (fit-out tips, cost breakdowns, mistakes to avoid)
• Founder/CEO personal brand content
• Create viral-style short-form content aligned with trends but tailored to B2B audience

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow:
• Instagram
• LinkedIn
• TikTok
• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar
• Maintain consistent premium brand identity (black/gold EXCEPTIONAL style)
• Monitor engagement, messages, and audience interaction

Lead Generation Focus

• Create content designed to:
• Attract commercial clients (restaurants, offices, retail)
• Educate prospects on value of project management
• Develop hooks, scripts, and CTAs that convert viewers into leads

Strategy & Growth

• Research trends in:
• Interior design
• Fit-out industry
• Real estate development
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content
• Suggest new content formats, campaigns, and growth strategies

Production & Editing

• Handle full production cycle:
• Filming
• Editing
• Color grading
• Sound design
• Maintain high production quality (not amateur content)

Requirements

Experience

• 2–5+ years in content creation / social media / video production
• Experience in:
• Real estate / construction / interior design (HIGHLY preferred)
• Personal brand content or agency work

Skills

• Strong videography & editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• Ability to create engaging storytelling content
• Deep understanding of:
• Instagram Reels
• TikTok algorithm
• LinkedIn content strategy
• Copywriting skills for captions and hooks

• Creative + business-minded (not just aesthetic)
• Fast execution (we move quickly)
• Obsessed with growth, views, and results
• Takes ownership — no micromanagement needed
