Creative Content Writer
About This Role
The ideal candidate possesses a passion for writing and an innovative ability to create successful marketing campaigns and aid in creating company growth. You will be responsible for generating exciting and compelling stories on both digital and print sources of media.
Key Responsibilities
CONTENT CREATION
Create high-quality content across blogs, social media, email campaigns, and websites tailored to Dubai’s real estate market.
Collaborate closely with the design team to deliver visually engaging content.
CONTENT STRATEGY & COMPETITOR ANALYSIS
Develop content strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
Analyze competitors and market trends to enhance content performance.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
Plan and manage content across all social platforms.
Stay updated with real estate and social media trends to maximize engagement.
INDUSTRY RESEARCH
Conduct in-depth research on Dubai’s real estate market.
Ensure all content is relevant, insightful, and audience focused.
EDITING & PROOFREADING
Review and refine content to maintain clarity, tone, and brand consistency.
SEO OPTIMIZATION
Implement SEO best practices in all content.
Coordinate with the SEO team to improve visibility and rankings.
CONTENT DISTRIBUTION
Work with the marketing team to effectively promote content.
Support campaigns with strong content assets.
Qualifications
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Background in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience in real estate or development industry is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Understanding of SEO and digital content strategies
