** Responsibilities

  • – The role is responsible for managing Course Operations teams and overseeing the implementation of administrative processes that support enquiry management, registration, induction, timetabling, assessment, progression, award and graduation.
  • ** Person Specification – The successful candidate will have knowledge of higher education procedures, regulations and administrative processes, alongside experience managing complex operational activity within a busy, customer-focused environment. They will demonstrate strong organisation, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, interpret regulations and resolve complex issues. They will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills and the ability to influence, coordinate and delegate effectively. Experience of student records systems such as SITS, and the ability to lead, motivate and develop staff, are also essential.
