** Responsibilities

  • – You will develop corporate relationships to generate student recruitment opportunities, including employer-sponsored students and executive learners. You will build and manage a structured corporate pipeline, plan targeted outreach and maintain accurate records. The role involves engaging senior HR, Talent and Learning stakeholders, representing the School externally, identifying new partnership opportunities, and working collaboratively with academic, recruitment, admissions and marketing teams to support recruitment growth and School targets.
  • ** Person Specification – You will be educated to degree level or have equivalent professional experience, with strong knowledge of B2B business development, sales and partnership development. Experience in executive education, higher education or a Business School environment is desirable. You will have experience building corporate pipelines, managing relationships and engaging senior stakeholders. Strong communication, influencing, analytical and relationship-building skills are essential, alongside a proactive approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
