Coupa Integration Developer
Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Build Coupa integrations with ERP, finance, payroll, supplier networks, and middleware platforms.
- Implement supplier, purchasing, invoicing, payment, chart-of-accounts, expense, user, role, and approval data flows.
- Design error recovery, reconciliation, authentication, and security controls; optimize high-volume performance.
- Support releases, upgrades, production incidents, testing, and durable remediation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, maintain detailed technical documentation, and recommend adoption of relevant platform changes.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Five or more years of integration engineering experience and hands-on Coupa enterprise integration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Coupa Integration Cloud, Coupa Open APIs, and at least one of MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
- Strong understanding of source-to-pay and procure-to-pay processes.
- SQL, data transformation, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and integration security experience.
- Troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Coupa certifications.
- Experience integrating Coupa with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Familiarity with Coupa Pay, Coupa Risk Assess, or Coupa Treasury.
- Exposure to supplier-network integrations or experience supporting global BSM rollouts.
