Overview

Responsible for assisting customers with vehicle rental inquiries, reservations, rental agreements, vehicle handover and return processes, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with rental inquiries, bookings, and reservations.
  • Prepare and process rental agreements and related documents.
  • Verify customer identification, driving licenses, and required documents.
  • Coordinate vehicle handover and return procedures.
  • Monitor rental schedules and vehicle availability.
  • Collect payments and issue receipts as required.
  • Address customer concerns and provide timely assistance.
  • Maintain accurate records of rentals, returns, and customer transactions.
  • Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams regarding vehicle status.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or car rental operations is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle customers professionally and efficiently.
