Responsible for assisting customers with vehicle rental inquiries, reservations, rental agreements, vehicle handover and return processes, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with rental inquiries, bookings, and reservations.
- Prepare and process rental agreements and related documents.
- Verify customer identification, driving licenses, and required documents.
- Coordinate vehicle handover and return procedures.
- Monitor rental schedules and vehicle availability.
- Collect payments and issue receipts as required.
- Address customer concerns and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of rentals, returns, and customer transactions.
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams regarding vehicle status.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience in customer service, administration, or car rental operations is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and efficiently.
