Costing & Insights Engineer- BIW

Requirements

• KEY MEASURES & INDICATORS (main KPIs used in the role)
• 1.Generate technical insights report, costing calculation and report, DtC/VAVE ideas and report as per the tasks assigned by manager and according to required quality standards
• Qualifications and skills
• More than 2 to 5 years of experience /knowledge of BIW & technologies like Stamping, welding,Casting, forging, painting, machining in the function of Product Development, Cost Engineering, Purchasing, SQE/STA, Lean Manufacturing or Value Engineering;
• 2.Experience on BOM cost calculation, DtC/VAVE, material and manufacturing process;
• 3.English written & oral, overseas study experience is a plus;
• 4.Bachelor or above degree in electronics, mechanical, industrial engineering or related area;
• 5.Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
• 6.Strong adaptability and flexibility, innovative spirit;
