Job Description
- As a Cost Controller, you ensure the implementation of cost effective measures throughout the Food & Beverage department.
- You spread the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Monitor department financial performance: Identify opportunities to enhance Food & Beverage department profitability and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate financial insights: Prepare regular reports and lead weekly meetings to keep departments and leadership informed of trends and cost factors.
