We are seeking a Cost Control Engineer to monitor project costs and ensure financial performance aligns with approved budgets. The role involves tracking expenditures, forecasting costs, and supporting project teams in maintaining cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow
· Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
· Track expenditures and identify cost deviations
· Coordinate with project and finance teams
· Review subcontractor payments and variations

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying
· 3–7 years of cost control experience (UAE experience preferred)
· Strong understanding of budgeting and cost reporting
· Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
