Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations for all company locations.
- Plan and coordinate transportation and delivery schedules.
- Monitor the movement of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Optimize logistics processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, stores, and project teams.
- Manage logistics service providers and transportation contractors.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company procedures.
- Prepare logistics performance reports and recommendations.
- Lead and supervise logistics personnel.
