A leading construction company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a qualified Female Arab **Executive assistant** to support daily HR operations and help implement the department’s policies and procedures.
The candidate must have **previous experience in the construction sector** and be familiar with handling site and labor-related HR matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and updating employee files and HR records.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and prepare payroll inputs.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, document collection, and onboarding.
- Support in processing end-of-service benefits, annual leaves, and contract renewals.
- Prepare official HR letters such as salary certificates, experience letters, and warnings.
- Assist in labor camp coordination and ensure compliance with labor laws and municipality requirements.
- Liaise with project and site teams regarding manpower needs and documentation.
- Handle basic HR software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
